Are all services and amenities included in the monthly fee?
Most core services are covered by your monthly fee – including utilities, housekeeping, linen and towel services, continental breakfast, transportation to scheduled excursions and medical appointments, wellness programming, and 24/7 emergency response. The flexible dining program is also included, with meal options across our many dining venues. Some premium services, personal transportation services, and additional dining credits may be available as add-ons. Our team can walk you through the full breakdown.
Do residents have access to all amenities on campus?
Yes. All campus amenities – the fitness center, heated indoor saltwater pool, creative arts studio, woodworking shop, library, gardens, outdoor courts, and all common spaces – are available to independent living residents. The PS Salon & Spa and barber shop services are available for an additional fee.
What transportation services are available?
Transportation services to regularly scheduled excursions and medical appointments are included in your monthly fee. For medical appointments, they are scheduled on select weekdays and are within a specific radius from our community. Our team can provide the current schedule and help coordinate transportation needs beyond scheduled routes.
