Construction on Building 7000 is underway! New apartment homes. New amenities. And an opportunity to be among the first to call it home. Our expansion introduces gorgeous new apartment homes designed with modern, open layouts that embrace natural light and comfort. Each residence will feature the high-quality finishes and thoughtful design that StoneRidge is known for while offering fresh, contemporary living spaces.

Purpose-Built Assisted Living Apartment Homes
We’re fulfilling phase four of the original master plan of StoneRidge by adding modern, purposefully designed assisted living accommodations on our campus.
New Assisted Living Features:
- 14 new apartment homes equipped with kitchenettes and private bathrooms
- Community dining and living areas and access to an outdoor courtyard
- Centralized, ground-level location for easy access

The expansion adds more than 4,000 square feet of new wellness amenities to promote active, healthy living, plus exciting new spaces designed to inspire creativity, learning, and connection. New fully equipped spaces include:

Our Welcome Home Program will make your transition to StoneRidge’s expansion stress-free. Our move-in coordinator will ensure your new home preparations go smoothly and connect you with trusted professionals. You'll receive a space plan and up to 40 hours of complimentary unpacking services from professional downsizing specialists who handle furniture layouts and can help you settle in. Our resident-led Welcome Committee answers questions, shares community insights, and connects you with people and programs that make StoneRidge special. We’ll even help you schedule a personal housewarming celebration with your closest friends.
