At StoneRidge, we believe you deserve complete transparency every step of your senior living journey. Pricing at StoneRidge includes three components: an entrance fee, a monthly service fee, and a one-time working capital fee. Together, they cover a comprehensive range of services and amenities, and – through our LifeCare® contract – provide priority access to the full continuum of care on campus at predictable costs.
Entrance fees at StoneRidge start at $336,893, varying by floor plan and contract type. Monthly fees begin at $5,028 and cover services and use of amenities. The one-time working capital fee is equal to two times the monthly service fee and the funds go back into the community.
