StoneRidge offers a full continuum of care. If needs progress beyond what The Cove’s assisted living services provide, memory care is provided in The Cottage at Avalon, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation are available on campus in the Avalon Health Center. Familiar staff, familiar surroundings. The transition is supported every step of the way.
